About the Role
We are looking for an Operations & Data intern to work with us over a 3 months to 6 months period to streamline our systems and data for improvement in alterations and operations.
The role involves heavy data entry and analytics work, and is focused around digitizing records of 10,000+ customers alteration measurements into our order management system.
- Analysis of alterations information of two years past customers
- Digitisation of records from physical to digital formats
- Management of data in the order management software
- Work with alterations team to understand the information and accurately capture alterations data
- Improvement in repeat customer behavior by capturing customer profiles accurately in our order management system
Requirements:
- Diligent and hardworking, ability to deal with large amounts of data
- Role will require working from Mumbai (Head Office)
- Must be methodical and patient
- Must have a collaborative working style and must work well in a team
- Experience of working with data entry systems and software is a plus
Job Type:
Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
