- Coordinate with Proposal Team for quotes and ensure the quote is sent to the customer on time.
- Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively.
- Follow up with the customers about the quotation status.
- Provides effective presentation of products and services offered by us.
- Discussion with clients for sales enquiries, quotation, negotiations and order finalization.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Make sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly report to the Management.
- Maintain and retrieve the documents of reports, quotes, etc.
- Coordinate with Invoicing team for preparation of invoices and make sure invoice is sent to the Customers on Time.
Requirement:
- Any degree with 3 to 5 years' experience in Sales
- Fluent in English Communication
- Expert in MS Office
- Ready to join us immediately
