    Description

    Job Title:

    Generalist Location:

    • Full Time Years of Experience: 5+ years Immediate Joiners Preferred We are seeking an experienced
      HRGeneralist to join our team at Starkflow.
    The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in
    HRroles, with a strong understanding of
    HRbest practices and employment laws.

    This role will be responsible for managing various
    HRfunctions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and
    HRadministration.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed. Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Assist with the implementation of
    HRpolicies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive work environment. Maintain accurate
    HRrecords and documentation, including employee files and
    HRreports. Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on HR-related topics. Support
    HRprojects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee wellness initiatives, and HRIS implementation.


    Requirements:
    Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. 5+ years of experience in
    HRroles, with a focus on
    HRgeneralist functions. Strong knowledge of
    HRbest practices, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    HRcertification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
