- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Lead visa application and renewal processes, assisting expatriates and foreign workers.
- Coordinate relocation logistics and provide support for international assignments.
- Supervise and optimize canteen operations for quality and cost-efficiency.
- Manage dormitory facilities, ensuring comfortable living conditions for staff.
- Develop and implement engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and morale-boosting activities.
- Address employee concerns, providing support and guidance on HRrelated matters.
- Contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Collaborate with management to drive organizational culture and employee development.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll management and compliance.
- Proven track record in visa processing, immigration, and global mobility support.
- Strong background in canteen, dormitory facilities management, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Comprehensive understanding of overall HR functions and best practices.
- Previous exposure to HR operations in Africa or other continents is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on cross-cultural sensitivity.
