Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience across our digital platforms.

This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.

Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform design decisions.

Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and maintain brand standards.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in UX/UI design.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX/UI design projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred.


Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
