Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to cloud computing services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and report product bugs and provide feedback on product improvements.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of cloud technologies and industry trends, and proactively suggest ways to improve service offerings and customer experience.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and provide timely and accurate reports to management regarding customer support issues and resolutions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Prior experience in cloud support, network administration, or software engineering is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud computing infrastructure, storage, and networking.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fastpaced, constantly evolving work environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹10, ₹13,000.00 per month
