We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated telecaller to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Answering the phone and explaining company products and services.
  • Contacting existing and new customers to generate leads.
  • Creating script and updating the information obtaining the information over the phone
  • Suggesting solutions based on customers need and requirement
  • Genearating sales of product or service for b2b and b2c
  • Update customer data in the database

Qualification:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree
  • 12 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • Strong MSoffice skills
  • Professional degree in sales and marketing will be advantageous
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills
  • Knowledge IT product and services preferred
Part time/work from home positions are available


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Fresher

Contract length: 3 months

Part-time hours: 22 per week


Salary:
₹10, ₹14,000.00 per month
