Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Mumbai.

The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair of eye care products.

The role will involve working closely with customers to address their technical issues and ensure the smooth functioning of the products.

Good Product knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and competitor products to effectively communicate product differentiation.
Excellent communication skills. Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our products to customers.
Be willing to travel. Flexibility and adaptability to travel schedules are essential for success in this role.
Continuously expand knowledge of eye care products, industry standards, and best practices.
While not mandatory, prior knowledge of eye care products is preferred. However, a strong willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the field of eye care are essential qualities for success in this role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in BioTech. or related field (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing
