Position Overview:
This position for Home Decor Company. The key responsibility of the Sales Executive is toresearch and appoint Dealers in the market with Good Track record. Further, the incumbent is also required to achieve the sales targets given to him from time to time.
Appointing of Dealers:
- Identifying & reaching out to multiple Dealers for appointment. These should include but will not
- Ensure timely payment collections from the Dealers
- Maintain cordial relationship between the Dealer and NuHome Décor by offering them the best
- Rolls (Bulk orders) selling to Dealers / Wholesellers
- Ensuring that NuHome Decor becomes a known brand name and gains a good reputation as a
- Building good relationships with key decision makers at the Showrooms.
- Ensuring that the Travel and accommodation cost is within the allowances given
- Benchmarking NuHome Decor Products offerings with rest of industry and suggest new products
- Achieve Monthly Sales, Album selling and Active Dealer Targets
- Submit Daily DSR in the prescribed format
- Submit market visit report on the Mobile App in real time

Moreover, he should also have:
- Ability to make and submit accurate DSR
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and workloads
- A proactive nature
- Knowledge of how to evaluate Dealers with the help of communication and market research
- Basic Mobile usage skills
- Age years
- Education
- HSC
- Experience minimum 4 years
Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
