- Consult with stakeholder on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly to close the positions within TAT.
- Able to write and post technical job roles on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
- Well versed with hiring portals and methods like Naukri, Referrals, LinkedIn, social platforms and diverse modes if any.
- Willing to learn and keep self updated with the latest technological developments that helps understand the stakeholder's need.
Skills and
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in recruitment ideally as a Technical Recruiter
- Handson experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts and etc.)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
