Customer Interaction:

  • Greet customers and listen to their concerns or vehicle issues.
  • Provide a warm and friendly customer service experience.
  • Conduct a thorough vehicle inspection to identify problems or maintenance needs.
  • Clearly explain repairs, maintenance, and service options to customers.
  • Address any questions or concerns the customer may have.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and timelines.
  • Service Coordination:
  • Schedule appointments for customers, considering both their availability and the service department's capacity.
  • Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Order necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance. o
  • Track the progress of repairs and keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork, including service orders and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Upselling and Customer Education:
  • Identify additional service needs based on vehicle inspections or customer requests.
  • Recommend additional services or maintenance that may benefit the customer's vehicle.
  • Explain the importance and benefits of recommended services to customers.
  • Provide detailed explanations of warranty coverage and additional protection plans.

Customer Satisfaction and Conflict Resolution:


  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve conflicts or escalate issues to the appropriate department or manager, if necessary.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Technical Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, repairs, and service procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Stay informed about current dealership promotions, offers, and service specials.
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers when necessary.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate and organized service records and customer files.
  • Input and update customer and vehicle information in the dealership's database.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by the dealership or management.
  • Assist in managing inventory and maintaining stock levels of parts and supplies.
Experience : 1- 2 Years In automobile Industry


Location:
Verna Goa


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
