Description
We are hiring Service Advisor

Education Qualification - Diploma or Basic degree in Mechanical, Automobile Engineering.

Years of Experience - min 2 years.

Salary - 15,000/- per month + incentives


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • 1. Service Job card preparation.
  • Update work in progress status of the service vehicle to customers on a regular basis.
  • Act as the bridge between customer & service Technician in the service centre.
  • Meet AMC & Value added service target set by the management.
  • Coordinate with the Service Customer Care Executive & pick up team for service pick up & delivery.
