Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Education & Experience:
A minimum of 3 to 6 of experience in a corporate secretarial role
Practical experience in handling company secretarial responsibilities, including compliance management and board coordination
Experience in coordinating and managing board and shareholder meetings, including the preparation of meeting materials and MOM
Specialization in Corporate Law or Company Secretaryship is highly beneficial
Proven experience in managing and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
