We have opening for Imports Executive.

Minimum 2-3 years experience managing purchase / Import teams in a manufacturer or distribution company.

Knowledge of Chemical Industry & Trade will be an advantage.
Job includes Processing Purchase Orders, Prepare Letter of Credit, negotiation & coordination with Banks and suppliers.
Coordination with CHA
Shipment Processing (Import & export documentation
Sea / Air ) & Tracking and Follow ups.
Import Shipment monitoring, tracking and updating to Origin
Monitor periodic MIS reports (Shipment or Order progress status/Sales/Purchase/ etc ) and update to Origin and other stakeholders
To make PO in SAP Import & local
Follow up with principals for order confirmation & shipment etc.
To prepare LC opening documents
Coordinate with the bank for LC swift
To prepare highseas documents
To check import checklist
Experience in Import Logistics, Shipment Tracking and Coordination for documents
Ensure timely completion of the task & Follow up for Order Acknowledgment and Delivery Date.
Confidentiality of job, good team work, time management and organization skills

Qualification :
Min B Com, BSc, MBA, Min Bachelor's degree
