- Preparation of Quotes to Customers.
- Conversation rate of enquiries
- Enquiry number to be created.
- Call customers to follow up on quotes
- Prepare weekly, monthly report.
- Update ZOHO CRM for each customer enquiry/order.
- Follow up with customers for payments pending.
- (Abilities / Knowledge & Expertise in field)_
Knowledge (Technical / Functional)
- Basic computer knowledge
Qualifications - Any Graduate:
- Basic excel knowledge
- Fluency in Hindi, English
Experience: Fresher/1 Year
