Role:
- Talent acquisition Coordinator
Reporting to:
- Talent Acquisition Operations Manager
Organization Unit:
- HR India
Responsibilities- Review the approved requisitions, perform quality checks of the same.
- Review and update the job descriptions as needed.
- Assign the approved requisition to the respective TA Specialist and add sourcing specialist as needed.
- Schedule an intake call with HM, HRBP and respective TA Specialist to validate and check the exact requirement.
- Post Jobs on local notice boards, share with local representatives, government organizations for posting as per the local country guidelines.
- Participate and support the team in Recruitment campaigns to meet the highvolume recruitments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors' Degree (MBA HR Preferred) with 2+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition coordination and tech savvy.
- Understanding of Talent acquisition process and should have worked on ATS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and high attention to detail.
- Good ability to drive delivery in a positive and professional manner and work to tight deadlines.
