Job Description and Qualifications

Responsibilities- Review the approved requisitions, perform quality checks of the same.

Review and update the job descriptions as needed.
Assign the approved requisition to the respective TA Specialist and add sourcing specialist as needed.
Schedule an intake call with HM, HRBP and respective TA Specialist to validate and check the exact requirement.
Post Jobs on local notice boards, share with local representatives, government organizations for posting as per the local country guidelines.
Participate and support the team in Recruitment campaigns to meet the highvolume recruitments.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelors' Degree (MBA HR Preferred) with 2+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition coordination and tech savvy.
Understanding of Talent acquisition process and should have worked on ATS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Selfmotivated and high attention to detail.
Good ability to drive delivery in a positive and professional manner and work to tight deadlines.
