Associate Consultant

Business Reporting

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution:
as an individual contributor, responsible

Data Management

Process data from varied data sources or central databases using sql / oracle servers
Build expertise into data architecture to bring those data sources together and maximize their value
Support the automation of existing data processes & dashboards

Business Processes

Have the ownership for the creation of IBU standard reports (data gathering, data validation, and support for data-related questions from affiliates or regional staff)
IBU scorecards
Execution Excellence dashboards
SFE / MCE-related dashboards
Performance reports
Adhoc Reports
Technology and tools

Expert in writing SQL codes
Proficient at cleaning, preparing, and joining data
Understanding of data architecture and data models
Expertise in visualization software and good visualization practice
Proficient in TABLEAU, KNIME, POWERBI

Project Delivery:
as a team member, supporting the team in driving Quality, speed, value, and compliance throughout the analytics value chain
Project management for seamless project execution, prioritization and high-quality delivery
Creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs

Education Requirements

Degree in sciences or quantitative discipline i.e. Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Sciences. MBA/post-graduation will be preferred

Experience related requirements

2-7 years of strong analytics experience
Experience in working with business partners located in another country
Technical Skills

Must to have
Experience in writing code in SQL
Data cleaning and preparation skill (database querying, descriptive statistics, KNIME knowledge is an asset)
Experience with visualization software (TABLEAU)
Experience in business analytics Good to have
Understanding of key statistical concepts (regressions, modeling)
Experience in the pharma industry is preferable
