Roles and Responsibilities

Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Enter order details into the system with a high level of precision.
Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and product availability.
Update inventory records regularly to reflect accurate stock levels.
Alert relevant teams about lowstock situations and potential delays.
Pick, pack, and label orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure the timely dispatch of orders.
Utilize appropriate shipping carriers and methods based on customer requirements.
Provide timely and accurate order status updates to customers.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to order status, tracking information, and delivery timelines.
Maintain accurate records of all orderrelated activities.
Generate and update reports to track key performance indicators related to order fulfillment.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in order fulfillment or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Good to know about order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
