Job Summary:

The
Associate Solution Architect, D&T, SAP PP requires knowledge and experience and is accountable for collaborating with the D&T team in various locations to define, deliver and support IT enabled business solutions for the Quality Management.

This role will also help to support business needs and design & deliver technical solutions for these areas and production support in alignment with West D&T and company policies and procedures will be your focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

With guidance, support, and supervision, learns the overall vision, business, and related activities.
With direction and guidance, develop and implementations in SAP PP, and new features, customer facing solution.
Works to build business knowledge and to transform this knowledge and business requirements into technical specifications.
With supervision and support, plans, develops, tests, deploys, and monitors crossplatform.
Works closely with Leads and Architects on various prototypes, Solves routine and standard problems.
Monitor the system on daily basis on regular checkup of system and its performance.
Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities towards delivery of the set target.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Systems
Minimum 13 years of related work experience.

Preferred knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Basic understanding of SAP skills system functionality and technical understanding of PP and related areas
Good to have Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL
Good to have knowledge on ERP release.
Basic understanding of HANA
Comply with all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description
Comply with the company's safety and quality policies.

Physical and Travel Requirements

15% travel, including global travel.
Occasional oncall work required.
Prefer 12pm 9pm India time. Willingness to work outside of these hours as needed.
Ability to work in a global and virtual environment and to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure environment.
