Experience

• 02 to 03 years (must be working in Tally / ERP System)

Preferred if Manufacturing experience.

Ready to work in Shifts.

1) Making GRN of Inward material and marking/ tagging on packages.

2) Inward of raw material by taking actual weight of bars punching and painting.

3) Manufacturing entries of raw material in Tally and maintaining excel for the same.

4) Maintaining stock statements as per Bank guide lines & aging wise stack from the Tally.

5) ITC four (4) preparation & submission.

6) Making invoices in ERP and assigning dispatch in accordance with invoice.

7) Inward of material responsivity like counting and marking.

Inward / Outward entry of any purchase material on NEPL - Bill / Delivery Challan check according to PO -Quantity count -E-way Bill - Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies - Receive, unload and placement in location - Entry in Tally /ERP system of DC /Purchase Bill (GRN) - Indent verification to check for physical stock.

- Entry in Indent register for completion of order - Indent register maintain by Purchase Department. - HSN Code search and GST rate for old stock.

Coordinate with Concern person for Quality check Issue material according to issue slip / sales Bill Labour Work Material -Job Material load/unload by concern people -After unload DC/Invoice copy to Store along with Customer Order or internal order -Entry in Tally of Customer Order / Internal order - Sale Invoice Prepare and Print in Tally.

Handover the documents to concern person for loading the material.

- Generation of required e-way bill -Review of Open customer Order for inward material Job work with Supplier - Entry of Customer Order or internal Order - Preparation of Delivery Challan and handover to concern person according to Purchase Order (NEPL) for Process - Inward / outward material documentation to be maintain - Direct supplier to supplier material records and documentation accordingly.

- E-mail required from concern departments for material movement documentation Account - Tally - ITC- Return check - on receipt of material - Entry in tall according to Format - Validation quarterly and trace out Inventory - Monthly for Bank - Quarterly for advance Tax.

-Yearly for finalization for Audit - Physical stock Inhouse - Diesel consumption monitoring and stock - Drinking water Consumption monitoring and stock Scarp/Rejection - Discussion with concern person for scrap, tagging and entry in Tally


Salary:
₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
