Responsibilities

  • To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Chairman by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
  • Plan and organise travel and accommodation when required
  • To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Min. Graduate degree (Science ) / B.Tech.
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage

Job Types:
Permanent, Full-time


Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
