Processing Refunds: Initiating the refund process for eligible cases, which may involve coordinating with financial departments to issue payments or refunds through appropriate channels.

Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of refund requests, approvals, denials, and the reasons for each decision.

Policy Adherence: Staying informed about immigration policies, regulations, and fee structures to ensure that refund decisions align with established guidelines.

Customer Service: Providing assistance and information to individuals seeking refunds, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
