Handling Enquiry, Counselling with New students.

Responsible for giving satisfaction to Student about the various Facilities and Courses.
Ask for the feedback for the facilities.
Life skill training and counselling programs as per requirement of the students.
Conducted several seminars on beauty and wellness counselling for school as well as university students and provided them with the latest information in several professional fields.
Prepared, maintained and updated reports and sent them to the corporate office.

Taking inquiries over phone

converting them into admissions

Fees Recovery

A little of Admin work, maintaining the expenses record etc.

Responsible for academic & career counseling for prospective learners and their parents.

Tele calling & follow-up on database generated through structured campaigns.

Achieving agreed conversion rate from inquiry to admissions.

Co-ordinating the placement activities

Ensuring adequate batch size and meeting batch start deadlines.

Coordinating with Head-Admissions for organizing student selection procedure.

Support for placement activities.

Gathering market and customer information.

Implementing result-oriented techniques in counseling.

Participating in Marketing activities.

Collecting Student referrals from existing and walk-ins.

Monitoring and reporting on progress against the marketing and operational plan to ensure that there is an effective process for translating the plan into outcomes.

Requirement:
Good communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, and English) - oral, written and presentation

2+ Years of experience in Tele-calling / academic counseling/inside sales

Experience in working with Google Docs and Sheets

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
