Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to top management by automating reports
  • Responsible for All Schemes Related Operations for the organization
  • Responsible for All Data Master Management for the organization
  • Responsible for Centralized schemes and budget updates / Uploads
  • Responsible for Daily / Weekly / Monthly Secondary MIS to the Sales team
  • Responsible for all technical support for SFA & DMS for the organization
  • Prompt resolution of Field / Distributor queries for the organization
  • Engagement of Vendors for different digital solutions
  • Responsible for 100% SFA & DMS adherence across all Zones
  • To make a bridge between ERP & DMS and act as Level 2 Layer with SFA to
Resolve Operational issues promptly.

Qualifications and Competency

  • Educational: Qualifications
  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Force Automation.
  • Industry FMCG / FMCD Vertical with a strong understanding of FMCG Business.

Functional Skills:

  • Strong MS Office skills, specifically strong working knowledge of MS Excel
(formulas, lookups, pivots) and PowerPoint.

  • Planning and Operational Skills

  • Advanced problemsolving and planning skills to manage deliverables and timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage highlevel communication with both
internal and external stakeholders.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year


Shift:

  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • SFA: 2 years (preferred)
  • MIS: 2 years (preferred)
