Role and Responsibility:
- Responsible for all the Customer Care related activities.
- Handle customer Complaints, In-Bound calls, Out-Bound calls.
- Maintain Customer complaint records and forward to the respective Quality team for proper solution and follow-up for complaint closure. Solve customer queries and provide information.
- Excellent Communication.
