We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive with experience in the real estate industry to join our team.

As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, promoting our real estate properties, and building strong relationships with potential customers.

Your expertise and ability to effectively showcase our properties will contribute to our overall sales success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our real estate properties and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our properties.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with potential buyers to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as architects, designers, and developers, to ensure effective property positioning and marketing collateral.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including knowledge of property types, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding abilities to establish connections with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms for promoting real estate properties.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular office hours when needed for site visits and client meetings.
