Technology Global Services is the group behind building technology strategy and roadmap for BD.

Job Description:

This position reports directly to the overall TGS Solutions services and architecture team lead and will serve as core team member in enabling BD S4 Journey.

Role is Fexlible / Hybrid / Remote, as resources will be supporting Global projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The objective of this role is to actively partner with extended TGS teams to understand & support E2E business processses related to Master Data Management & Data Governance by desiging solutions related to MDG roll out & overseeing the Production Support activities for the live regions / Business units.

This role also will be suporting Product Segmentation Master Data Design & integration of Product Master Data with different downstream master data & operations.

Responsibilities includue

Design & Architect MDG Solutions against the gathered Business requirements for Product Master Data Authoring & Data Governance.
Review Functional specifications & Configuration work of Service Integrators, Production Support team to make sure that it aligns with Business requirements & Global Design
Define technical strategy and best practices related to master data governance for a Global ERP deployment program.
Review technical design and development of master data related interfaces, enhancement, load program, report, and workflow in MDG & ECC system.
Provide strategy for integration between different SAP (ECC, MDG) and nonSAP systems to ensure the integrity of master data.
Work closely with MDG development team and communicate business requirements and functional specifications effectively.
Conduct session with legacy systems to finalize the field mapping requirements between MDG and Legacy systems.
Functional and business process knowledge of Dependent downstream Product Master Data & its critical operational impact
Understand E2E Product Segmentation Design, Support Segmentation Master Data Design Governance, partner with Cross functional TGS solution leads in E2E Segmentation Design implementation for future S/4 roll out.

Required Skills:

5+ years of IT experience working with Master data on MDG, S/4 and ECC side related Materials (must) & related to Vendor, Business Partner and Finance master (preferred)
Minimum 1 large scale End-ToEnd Implementation Project experience involving SAP MDG is a must
Experience with master data management processes and technology. Experience in MDG on S/4 HANA will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of Product Master Data, downstream dependent Master Data, integration & impact on critical ERP operations
Experience with SAP MDG configuration (includes Data Model, BRF Plus)
Good understanding on MDG standard process and should be able to guide users around MDG standard features.
Strong problemsolving capabilities in complex, multiinstance computing environments (SAP and Non-SAP systems)
Experience with system integration (IDOC, SOA, Flat File)
