Computer Science Teacher

Position type:

Roles and Responsibilities:


- Design and deliver engaging computer science lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for grade 11 & 12 students.

  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, labs, discussions, and projectbased learning.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problemsolving, and creativity.
  • Design and administer quizzes, exams, and projects to assess student understanding. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their learning. Maintain accurate records of student progress.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain order and promote active participation.
  • Create effective study materials and practice exercises specifically geared towards CBSE exam success.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching computer science at the secondary level.
  • B. Ed. Or an equivalent teaching certification required.
  • Strong understanding of the CBSE computer science curriculum and exam format.
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to cater to students with varying learning needs.
  • Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
