Job Description:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with customers.
- Managing 'aftersales' customer communication with clients.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Visiting project sites at times for meetings and documentation
- Documentation and Managing data and information.
- MIS reporting
Pay:
₹300, ₹480,000.00 per year
