DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Knowledge of Administration procedures and policiesResponsible for Inventory Management and Facility managementVendor managementCourier and logistic PAN INDIAKnowledge of Agreement, Contracts and AMCFire Safety as per the compliance and Fire drill knowledgeOn boarding and scouting office boy and runner boyInvoice Reconciliation and payment processCoordinating and execution of common area cleanliness and maintenance activitiesClose supervision of the current HK staffLooking after the infrastructure challengesNew office space requirement and additional requirement of furniture and fixturesStock updates and track of HK material and pantry materialLooking after the AC maintenance and sudden breakdownScarp Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications Any Graduate Years of Experience Minimum 2+ years into Admin work Additional Skill Required Good command on English, Hindi, Tamil Any Other Specification Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Pay:
₹8, ₹39,000.73 per month
