JOB DESCRIPTION

TRAINER
Job is to train internal team members on the Kreedo curriculum and implementation techniques. The responsibilities include scheduling and conducting training (both online and classroom/ILT). You should be able to engage with employees from a range of different backgrounds and provide helpful feedback.


A. Responsibilities

  • Impart training to internal team members in the following areas:
  • Kreedo philosophy and approach
  • Language (including phonics)
  • Mathematics
  • Classroom management
  • Kreedo learning materials and more
  • Collaborate with the Subject Matter Experts and writers to create training curriculum, lesson plans, content, assessments
  • Schedule and organize training sessions
  • Deliver trainings (both online and classroom/ILT)
  • Create learning props and engagement techniques for training
  • Administer, measure, review and report progress/outcomes on training assessments
  • Observe and identify trainees' strengths and weaknesses
  • Provide guidance and support to trainee for improvement
  • Develop and adapt to new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience
  • Research and recommend new learning methods

A. Educational Qualifications, work experience & certification

  • Bachelor's Degree and above OR Diploma in Early Education OR Teacher training
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in training sector
  • Experience in early education (preferred)
  • A certification in Montessori Method (preferred)

Knowledge:


  • Tools:
  • Documentation software: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or LibreOffice
  • Online/virtual conferencing tools (Google Meet/Zoho Meeting/Zoom)
  • Creating presentations, learning props, interactive activities as part of trainings
  • Expertlevel knowledge of the approaches to education, including principles and practices of adult and child learning

Abilities:


  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Ability to work with teams or individuals with a collaborative approach to learning, both facetoface and online
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to plan and organize sessions
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide guidance to internal team members
  • Ability to quickly adapt and align to Kreedo approach, culture and thought process

C. Work Conditions & Environment

- 8.5 hours a day


- 6 days a week


- Travel - Yes, bi monthly

₹350, ₹450,000.00 per month
