Description
1 Years of recruiting experience(IT Recruiting)- Graduation or Master degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Experience in end to end recruiting process
- Experience with HRMS, recruiting software and MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Indepth knowledge of respective specialization areas (e.g. trends, market status and best practices etc.)
- Experience with resume databases as well as ATS
- Good timemanagement and organizational skills
- Freshers are not allowed
