Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Service through Calls and Chat.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Build client & domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation.
- Adhere to Customer Service Attendance & Accountability policies
- To Meet Their Needs and Ensure Quality Service is given at all times.
- Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction that results in measurable customer value.
Graduate Fresher/ Undergraduate fresher can also apply.
Must be comfortable with 24*7 working environment.
