Job Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the office and provide them with a comfortable and professional experience
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for employees and clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including sending invitations, preparing materials, and booking meeting rooms
  • Order and manage inventory of office supplies
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, including helping with marketing materials or providing customer service

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
