Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office and provide them with a comfortable and professional experience
- Manage and maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for employees and clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Coordinate meetings and events, including sending invitations, preparing materials, and booking meeting rooms
- Order and manage inventory of office supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Provide support to other departments as needed, including helping with marketing materials or providing customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
