Description

Scrum Master:
10+ years of industry experience with at least 4+ years in financial services and 4+ years as Scrum Master.
Deep experience in software development, with at least 4 years leading Scrum teams focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives
Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred.
Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban etc.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices.
Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to do everything possible to for the customers.
Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum
Knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement and increasing transparency.
Knowledge about tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
Ability to mentor and coach the teams and individuals across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Deep knowledge of Scrum tools Jira, Jira Align & Confluence
Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks
Effective communication and people-interaction skills
