LexiConn is looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our team on a project to project basis.


Requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement microlearning courses and modules tailored to specific learning outcomes.
  • Create interactive instructional materials, including multimedia elements, assessments, simulations, and scenarios.
  • Adapt existing content or source materials into microlearning format
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of content, check for accuracy, clarity, and adhere to established standards.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to incorporate visual elements and enhance the overall learning experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Adhere to deadlines and guidelines

Qualifications:


  • 23 years of experience in Instructional Designing for microlearning for LMS platforms
  • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field will help
  • Proficiency in ID methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Uptodate with microlearning principles, best practices, and emerging trends
  • Knowledge of authoring tools and LMS platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, EdApp, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, etc. for content development and delivery
  • Familiarity with SCORM and other elearning standards
