As an Instructional Designer, you will support the building and executing of the curriculum development projects.


Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Working with Anthology's SMEs and client POC to create and update learning programs
  • Working with the crossfunctional teams to scope requirements and objectives and deliver projects
  • Ensuring there are no language/technical errors or inconsistencies
  • Designing and developing engaging and compelling learning content that engages learners and aligns with identified outcomes
  • Developing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Creating supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, roleplays, games, etc.), based on the project requirements
  • Proactively communicating task and project status to internal and external stakeholders

Required skills/qualifications:
years of experience in Instructional Design

  • Experienced in creating engaging learning content
  • Demonstrated proficiency with SCORM, HTML5, & Web
  • Ability to visualize instructional graphics for complex processes
  • Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create process documents/manuals
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical/functional concepts and translate them into easily understandable learning programs
  • Proficiency in at least three of the following tools is desired:
  • Adobe Captivate
  • Techsmith Camtasia
  • Vyond
  • Articulate Storyline & Rise
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel
  • Experience in Blackboard Learn will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new & complex tools, technologies, and systems.
