Recruitment Plan:

  • Create a recruitment plan, with timelines and deployment of recruiter details, priority level etc.
  • Track progress against plan, changes in priorities etc.
  • Handling end end recruitment (Both IT and Non
  • IT hiring)
  • Head Hunting for senior positions
  • Work with hiring managers to understand the needs and requirements of open positions
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple recruitment projects
  • Follow a defined process of manpower requisition form to trigger the process
  • Ensure JD are in place for all recruitment positions

Job Portals:

  • Evaluate and select best portal services suiting our requirements
  • Use portal help to refine searches
  • Periodically update database, remove redundant resumes

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
