Implementation Associate
This is an exciting opportunity to excel as an Implementation Associate at Ivalua Inc.


The Implementation Associate role incorporates a combination of project oversight, customer relationship, team coordination, requirements definition, system design, configuration and testing.

It is best suited for a "hands-on" resource who enjoys teamwork, problem solving, takes ownership of tasks and gets things done.

This is an opportunity to work as an Implementation specialist to manage projects, create project plans, develop deep functional expertise on Ivalua products and focus on delivery.

You will also help implement solutions that will develop the next generation of procurement technology products. Travel up to 25% to meet with clients / stake holders


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create project plans and manage implementations within the established timeline and budget.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams to translate client requirements into system design.
  • Document system design, set expectations for delivery, work with internal resources and clients to drive decisions and communicate tradeoffs in scope variances.
  • Complete preliminary configuration of the Ivalua Buyer solution and work with the team to deliver advanced configurations and enhancements.
  • Define test plans, create test scripts, complete client specific quality assurance testing, collaborate with technical resources to provide data migration, integration, deployment and support.
  • Develop deep functional expertise in Ivalua Solution, maintain documentation, train his/her clients on the out of the box solution and drive the client towards best practices.

Skills You Need to Succeed:


  • Functional knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, Procurement together with Project Management skills
  • 1+ years' experience in webbased software development and software deployment processes
  • Experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration.
  • Manage client relationships, selfdriven, result oriented, and exceptional communication skills required
  • Serve as mentor to colleagues and project teams

Desirable Skills:


  • Experience with the following is a big plus
  • ETL, Spend Management, Procurement industry experience

Preferred Education:


  • Bachelor (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
