Designation:
Customer Support Executive


Location:
Cochin, Kerala


Educational qualification :
Plus two and above


Experience:

Both Freshers and Experienced can apply

Freshers preferable


Experience in Domestic process is also considered

Shift:
Rotational Shift and Rotational Week offs


5 days of working

Salary:
For Freshers 17k Take home + CTC


Basic technical skills will be an added advantage

Excellent communication Skills required (mandatory)


Max Age: 35

Two way cab will be provided; Allowance is provided is cab is not required


Note:
Immediate Joiners are only required

Roles and responsibilities:


  • Answer phone to respond to drivers/customers inquiries w.r.t Shipping and Delivery.
  • Assist Drivers with the latest update on customer's packages/orders, also help them correct coordinates.
  • Assist Drivers with navigating any lost packages, provide directions, help with access codes, and help with selfservice steps.
  • Project a professional company image through phone & chat interaction.
  • Assist Drivers with reporting incidents by submitting appropriate forms.
  • Provide assistance with regard to customer service issues002E

Basic Requirements:


  • Educational qualification
  • Plus two and above
  • Basic technical skills
  • Good communication Skills
  • Able to quickly understand customer issues and requests.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay:
₹15, ₹27,000.00 per month
