Responsibilities:
_**- _ Contact the potential leads assigned and inform them about the product and the services provided._
- _ Answer questions about products and services of the company._
- _ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and help them onboard the platform._
- _ Make timely follow ups and hand hold the customer in completing the onboarding._
- _ Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes_
- _ Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input._
- _ Follow established processes and procedures to maintain service quality._
- _ Go the "extra mile" to meet the assigned targets._

Desired Skills and Requirements:
_**- _ Any Graduate._
- _ Proven experience in a customer support role._
- _ Having accounting knowledge is a plus._
- _ Excellent communication and active listening skills._

English & Hindi_
