Responsibilities include but not limited to:_

Course Instruction

Design and deliver comprehensive courses in ICT and Python programming and development, catering to students of varying skill levels.

Curriculum Development

Collaborate with the ICT department to update and enhance the existing curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging technologies.
Integrate realworld examples and projects into the curriculum to provide students with handson experience.

Assessment and Evaluation

Create and administer assessments, projects and examinations to evaluate student progress and comprehension.
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their continuous improvement.

Mentorship

Offer guidance and mentorship to students interested in pursuing advanced projects or participating in coding competitions.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student collaboration and creativity.

Professional Development

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Python programming and development.
Pursue continuous professional development opportunities to enhance personal skills and knowledge.

Certification and Development Experience

Possess a recognized certification in Python programming or demonstrate equivalent expertise through practical experience.

Collaboration

Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a cohesive and interdisciplinary approach to ICT education.
Participate in department meetings and contribute to the overall improvement of the ICT curriculum.

Qualifications & Preferences_

Bachelor/ Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching Python programming.
Certification in Python programming or equivalent development experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in ICT.
