Responsibilities and Duties
- _Engage with subscribers_

Be available when subscribers need us, understand their needs through relevant communication channels such as Inbound/Outbound calls, Chat. Take a holistic approach to subscriber interaction, understanding their tasks & provide resolution. Uncover medical issues. Actively listen for health, red flags and probe to uncover medical issues
- _Deliver interventions_


Support subscribers to navigate the complex and confusing health care system and help them make smarter medical choices, by connecting with the right clinical resource.

Leverage technology & internal resources to help understand the subscriber's path, actions needed & next step.
- _Drive better subscriber_ _outcomes_

Assist with improved financial outcomes by helping subscribers with appropriate health care usage; optimize their benefit packages. Help subscribers have better managed chronic conditions. Assist with Rx compliance and treatment compliance. Help subscribers comply with regular doctor consultations and reduce and/or eliminate avoidable admits, Listen to subscriber's comments, concerns, and suggestions, relaying that information internally, while ensuring subscriber satisfaction
- _Delight subscribers_

Create a personalized & memorable experience with Clinikk, build relationships through active listening, honesty & empathy. You are reliable, there when they reach out to us, and you keep your promises (ex. we follow-up when we said we will)


Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Any Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Multilingual skills Kannada/English/Hindi
  • Ability to listen, talk and type all at once through multichannel communications
  • Empathetic critical thinking

  • Demonstrate high level of personal accountability

₹23, ₹25,000.00 per month
