Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of participants.
  • Provide oneonone coaching and support to trainees as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into training programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance assessments.
  • Collaborate with the HR department to identify training needs and develop training plans.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and developments.
  • Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification are a plus.
  • Experience with training delivery platforms and tools is desirable.
