Role - Consumer Delight
Location - Gurgaon
Purpose of the Role:
To seek & mine consumer insights, be the voice of the consumer at Bombay Shaving Company & provide insight driven recommendations for business decisions.
Qualification & Experience:
- Total of 23 years of experience in qualitative research in a Market Research agency or FMCG
- Sound knowledge of qualitative research tools, techniques & processes
- Basic Qualitative research aptitude
- Digital communication evaluation & effectiveness
- Online Surveys
Key Deliverables of the role:
- Be an interface between consumer & internal stakeholders
- Product Development, Marketing, Online & Offline sales, Brand Communication.
- Custodian of knowledge of consumer behavior in the category, current trends & competitive landscape
- PoC for the external agencies & own end to end deliverables
- Scan,shortlist, adapt & build consumer understanding capabilities for BSC
- Bring data to life through consumerled stories
Salary:
₹1,274, ₹1,583,137.40 per year
