- We are looking for a professional to join our Institutional Sales team to develop valuable and quantifiable insights and generate various Sales /Dealing ideas for our institutional clients
- The primary responsibility of the Institutional Sales role is to identify opportunities, acquire new institutional clients and develop relationships with Institutional investors and investment consultants in assigned institutional market channels.
- Job Responsibility
- ? Responsible for overall Institutional Business and handling and expanding portfolios of clients for Institutional Equity
- ? Identify, convert & develop successful business relationships with Banks, FIIs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, & other Institutional Investor segments for Equity sales
- ? Prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned relationship accounts
- ? Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with institutional clients.
- ? Interacting with Institutional clients i.e. MFs, Insurance Cos, Banks, FII for regular business
- ? Maintaining cordial relationships with Dealers, HODs, Fund managers and coordinating with research -team for trading fundamental calls
- ? Meeting the clients on a regular basis to understand their requirements
- ? To do develop the business and generate the revenue
- ? Coordinating with the research team and advising the clients regarding the same
- ? Maintain records of clients and provide timely progress reports to management
- ? Coordinating meet between research team with various kind of institutions and corporate.

- Proficiency for presenting and debating a point under pressure;.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Strong teamworking skills, able to build and maintain efficient business relationships
- Relationship skills
- Knowledge about market practices and process
- Mandatory:
- He/She should be mandatory having experience in Institutional Equity Sales NOT in retail sales.
- Excellent client connection with Fund Managers OR Analyst in MFs/ Insurance Cos/ Banks/other Institutional Investor segments
