The Purchasing coordinator is a critical role within the Purchasing department that is in charge of various purchasing areas such as Marketing, Sales, HR, Facilities, Finance and more.


As a Purchasing coordinator, you will be:

  • A trusted business value enabler who understand the business requirements
  • The direct interface between Check Point teams and WW vendors
  • Preforming market assessment and intelligence gathering to achieve the best commercial and legal terms

Your Impact & Responsibilities:


  • Plan, Execute, and manage multiple purchasing projects and requisitions (cost reduction & process improvement projects)
  • Negotiation with vendors, analyzing market trends, initiating price lists, deal with complex and challenging contracts
  • Purchase orders issuance, Invoice approval management, plan and track operational recurring costs globally

Your Knowledge & Skills:


Who are we looking for:


  • Strong analytical thinking and skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Selflearner and out of the box mindset
  • Detailoriented
  • Best performer under pressure

Your desired background:


  • BA/Economics graduate
  • A must
  • 02 years of experience in procurement roles, project management or equivalent industry
  • High knowledge in office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
  • Negotiation capabilities
  • ERP knowledge (preferable SAP) an advantage
