  • Provide information on women's fertility and egg freezing services.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and ensure issue resolution.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of women's fertility and egg freezing.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Personal laptop required.
  • Ability to work 6 days a week.
