The Position
To succeed in this role, you should have an in-depth understanding of yoga and its numerous benefits. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Specific Duties:

Supply visitors/guests with directions and information regarding amenities, services, and hours of operation, ensuring a positive experience at the centre.
Welcome all visitors; assist individuals with disabilities; anticipate and address their needs and concerns.
Respond to guest reviews and comments and reply to their messages as required.
Actively seek feedback to enhance the service standards for guests.
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Contribute to process improvements to continually improve the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with the organization's guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
Work on thebusiness app and help clients in signingin, check out, and handle POS (point of sale).
Performs any other duties relevant to the area of function as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Skillsets:

We are looking for someone who:

Wakes up in the morning wanting to provide exceptional service experience.
Has excellent written and spoken English.
Is a good communicator with strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to manage crises successfully.
Has 13 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality or retail sector.
Has a degree in Social Science, Communications, or related field.
Has a genuine commitment to the mission and vision of Lifeyoga.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
