Profile Introduction:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team.
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties.
Your ability to build strong client relationships, your in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, and your passion for assisting clients in their real estate transactions will be key to your success in this role.
Profile Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a client database to ensure a steady flow of real estate opportunities.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, offering expert advice and assistance.
- Conduct property viewings, evaluations, and market analysis.
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to facilitate negotiations.
- Assist clients in completing real estate paperwork and contracts.
- Stay uptodate with market trends, property values, and financing options.
- Network and prospect to generate leads and referrals.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Salary:
